Purple Haze

After buying my NYX White Mousse Liner, I've been looking for an excuse to use it so I thought what better way than to experiment then post the overall look?

Unfortunately, I don't yet have the confidence to leave the house wearing this look, I tend to stick to the more casual toned down Make Up outside the house but I LOVE playing around with all sorts of colours and glitters at home!!

I went for a really natural eyeshadow base so that it wouldn't take any attention away from the liner and lash line, I used Collections Nude Palette to do this. Usually I tend to go for higher end eye shadow like Urban Decay, Make Up geek & MAC but I really do love this palette! It only costs £3.99 so theres really no going wrong. Paired with the right primer, it really does impress!

I won't lie to you, I do use medical tape to ensure my flicks are straight and even...

I also used this opportunity to test out my Morphe Flare Premium Lashes and I am in love! I much prefer Morphe's individual lashes to their strips as I find some of the strips can look a bit plasticky and unnatural and I do like my falsies to look like realies.

I used a unnamed purple shade from one of my revolution palettes and packed this on to my waterline using a flat brush. Again, I do love this brand's eye shadow palettes, they are so affordable and although they aren't as pigmented as higher brands, they definitely do the job and are 100% the few £'s you pay for them.

What do you think of this look? Do you like to experiment with crazy colours too?
